In the season of giving, a new charity based out of San Francisco, Inveneo, has started a drive to collect thumb drives and donate them to poor countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, and Mali so that they can be used in school labs. Inveneo wants as many thumb drives as they can get, provided that the thumb drive is 16mb or larger. So, if any of you have thumb drives just lying around and would like to help out, you can get all information at the organization’s website.
