The new Power Pizza laptop case is used to disguise your laptop as a pizza and protect it from potential thieves. It is a very realistic pizza box with all the graphics you would expect and “Enjoy your Pizza” printed on the side. Unfortunately, if you forget that it is your laptop bag and throw it away, someone is going to get a nice surprise when they take out the rash.
You may remember a few weeks ago when someone bought a used MacBook from Apple only to find it filled with porn, even though Apple had said that the McBook was “like new” and all files had been deleted. Well, Microsoft has now run into the same problem as one customer, Chanell Martin, is reporting that a new Zune she bought from Wal-Mart was pre-installed with a 1 hour+ long gay porn video clip. Off course Walmart’s first course of action was to shift the blame and they quickly said Microsoft was at fault and gave the Martins a full refund + a $25 gift card.

Well LG may be a few months late with their new UP3Flat “screenless” MP3 Player, but the new iPod Shuffle (1G) clone is one sleek MP3 player. It is doubtful that it will ever come to the United States and even if it does I doubt many people would buy it, despite the fact it can store up to 2GB of music and has an “UV coated Luxury Finish, three-color LED, retractable USB, and support for OGG.” People just aren’t interested in buying clones of outdated products.
A limited number of Pink Zunes were released by Microsoft just a few days ago to help create some interest in their MP3 Player. Zune sales haven’t been up to par with its main competitor, the Apple iPod and though the concept is good, it seems like the MP3 market isn’t ready for another mainstream MP3 Player.
As part of this promotion, only 100 Pink Zunes were randomly dispersed. Hence, the best place to get one (if for some reason anyone wats a Pink Zune) is off course, eBay. Asking Price? $900+. Yes, the first Pink Zune offered on eBay went for $920, but it is doubtful that future auctions will meet that price. Another Pink Zune recently sold on eBay for $760.
The Detroit Pistons of the NBA (National Basketball Association) are selling $25 MP3 Players to help raise money for Detroit Medical Center’s breast cancer prevention program. I know what most of you are thinking. “A $25 MP3 Player, what is the catch?”
Well, the “original and new” MP3 Player is clearly a copy of the design of the first generation iPod Shuffle and it only has 128MB so it can hold a max of around 40 songs. Still, sales are for a good cause and has the Pistons logo on it so for all of you Detroit fans, you can get one here.

For those iPod Nano owners who are in a festive mood this holiday season, you may want to purchase the new Griffin Disco iPod Nano Case that has lights around the click wheel that illuminate the iPod. There are two different designs, so you cal select the one you like best.
This iPod case retails for just under $30 and can be seen and purchased from Griffin.

The iRiver S7 is going to be the next Mp3 player from iRiver and it looks pretty good. The iRiver S7 Mp3 player measures close to 40 x 32 x 9.6 mm and is very similar to the dimensions of the new iPod shuffle. As a matter of fact it is even thinner than the shuffle. The iRiver S7 weighs close to 15 grams which is really light.
The iRiver S7 is a very different player on appearance. The design is good and complete but it comes with fast forward and rewind buttons in the form of human pictures as you can see in the photo. Yes, this is no skin or cover it is how the player is made. The Chicken on top should be representing volume up and the dog standing for volume down.
This MP3 player can play SF, MP3, Ogg Vorbis, WMA and many other audio formats which is not a worry at all. The only problem seems to be a missing pause button. The player comes with an inbuilt FM Radio which will accompany you on your long journeys when you are bored of your own music collection.

Well the new Sirius Stiletto 10 has launched and even though this is a pretty nice looking portable XM Satellite radio, it is being trashed by many major gadget news networks and I can see why. The $250 system doesn’t allow you to store your MP3 songs, does not have Wi-Fi, and only allows users to record 10 hours of XM Radio content.
Although I love the variety XM Radio offers, $250 is too much to pay for a portable audio player that cannot even play MP3 files. If you are for some reason interested, it is sold out online but can be bought at many electronic stores where Sirius products are sold.

Maxfield has introduced a new MP3 player which is the MAX-IVY. This player is available in various capacities. The player is extremely sleek and the design is simply too good. The MAX-IVY comes with a 1.8 inch TFT-LCD display with a illuminated touch screen buttons.
The MAX-IVY has a photo viewer and along with this it supports all type of audio media. The supported formats include MP3, WMA and OGG. The MP3 player will be available in 1GB which costs around $185 , 2GB which will be $235 and the maximum capacity one is the 4GB player which will set you back close to $335. The player at this point in time does not have support for video files, so you will have to stick to your iPod videos for that. On the whole it is a decent alternative to the iPod since it has a longer battery life too. The battery lasts for over 14 hours on a single charge which is pretty good.
The MAX-IVY player also supports .lrc files, which means you can read the lyrics whilst listening to the songs on the player. The release date for the player is not yet known but we will be waiting for the launch.

For those of you who have gotten bored with traditional while headphones for the iPod or any other gadget for that matter, I present to you the Evergreen! Tude headphones. These headphones come in three different colors, lime green, light blue, and pink, and are powered by AAA batteries.
The only downside with this is that the battery back is pretty big and is probably taller than the iPod Nano.

The ShuffleBud is a very small and handy dvice which you can attach to the 2GB apple iPod Shuffle instead of the cable which comes with the iPod. The ShuffleBud can be connected to any Usb port.

The Usb – Flash Drive market is rising day by day and it is progressing in the right manner in terms of new technologically advanced features. We have seen Biometric laptops from IBM and other such devices.
The Biometric flash drive by Elecom is one of the first ones in the market. The drive encrypts the data on the drive with the fingerprint of the person and it can be decrypted by the same fingerprint only. It looks pretty good and is small in size too.
The Elecom CR-FP2 drive costs around $75 and is not too expensive at all. At the moment, it is only available in 512mb sizes but we can definitely expect high memory ones to come out soon from Elecom or for that matter other companies too. There is no particular date when it is going to be launched but the rumor has it that we should see some of these babies by the start of the Holiday season.

This is one of the priciest iPod cases we have ever seen retailing at just under $80, but if you have always wanted to listen to your Nano underwater, this is the case for you.

Ever since the buzz around the first portable DVD player dies down, few manufacturers have created a noteworthy portable DVD player, but we have finally found something different from the standard style.
The new Philips PET830 has a great, somewhat revolutionary design. We could write a paragraph describing the picture above… or you could just look at the picture to see how it looks. It also not only plays DVDs, but also supports DivX, MPEG4, MP3, and WMA. We don’t have any of the exact specs or pricing information yet, but we will update you when we get any more details.
In a recent interview with NBC, Steven Spielberg came out and said that he does not want his videos to be watched on the iPod video.
“That’s one medium where I have to draw the line. We’ll shoot for television and the movies and let there be a wide gap between that and the small 3-inch screen. He also said that he felt that people are social animals who will choose to go out to a movie rather than watch a show on widescreen.”
Still, movies and television shows have become very popular on iTunes and are constantly being downloaded and watched on the iPod Video and other portable video playing devices.
